Lately, I have been working out on my treadmill in the basement. I do a high incline and a quick pace and i do this for 30 minutes. If you want to sweat, do this too! I feel it allllll over, but I also feel really good as I am doing it. But negative self talk always sneaks up on me as i am trying to finish strong. So, I wrote down a list of affirmations that I repeat while I am trying to focus on the finish line. 

I am stronger than I am feeling. 

I can keep pushing forward. 

I have more in me to give to this workout.

I enjoy working out on the treadmill. 

I will feel good when I am done. 

I am gaining more strength than I am losing. 

I feel good in my body. 

I am doing this for me. 

I know how badly I want this accomplishment. 

I am closer to my goal.
