I get lots of questions about our main living room space, so I thought I would pile everything into a post so links can live forever! I love decorating and this is an evolving space, but I will try to keep it as updated as possible!
I am actually in the process of replacing these couches. If you have little kids that sit on the cushions, jump on the couch, enjoy eating on the couch (even when they are told to stay in the kitchen), then these aren’t for you. I don’t think they wear very well, but if you are an adult who is civilized, these are beautiful and would probably suit you just fine!
#2: Arm Chairs
#3: Swivel Chair
This chair shape and texture is so unique and adds such pretty dimension to any space. It’s also comfy and large enough to curl your legs up on the chair. That’s my preferred way to lounge!
#4: Coffee Table
I love the look of this duo together. They are large, pretty and can be styled in a number of ways. These are so timeless and when my couches change or the rug changes, these will still pair with so many things! I did the marble and the walnut tables.
#5: End Tables
I chose two different end tables. Here is the first and here is the second. I tried to break up the chairs and couches with different pieces and I think it turned out so good!
#6: Marble Side Table
I have styled this little number all over my house and it always finds a way back to my living room. It’s the perfect height and the top is absolutely gorgeous.
#7: Gem Cut Side Table
I love this eclectic piece for drinks, putting feet on, a stage for Lolly to dance on. This guy is surprisingly heavy which I love because it just feels like a quality piece!
#8: Picture Frames
My gallery wall has evolved and I’m obsessed with what we have landed on. These frames are gorgeous and grand. They help you own a big wall! I did the 11 x 14 size.
#9: Pillows + Lamps
These are the lamps that I have on my end tables. I have a number of pillows on my couch because my kids love them and they add pretty texture to the couch. Here are some that I have found. Black & White Texture. // Rectangle Pata Pillow. // Square White with Lines.
#10: Rug + Paint
The best design advice that I got for large rugs was to buy a piece of carpet, have it bound and voila! That’s what we did here. Rugs for this space were SO expensive and I couldn’t find anything that I loved. So I went to a local carpet store and picked this grey, simple, textured carpet and it’s amazing! I would 100% do this again.
All the white paint throughout my entire house is Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore. It’s been the best white that I have found.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I would be happy to answer! Thanks for letting me share this space with you.
