Welcome to Mindful Holiday! My intention in creating this series in that you can focus your Holiday season on the things that matter most– your family! Often times, this season can be full of “have to’s” and obligations, but I want to help you fill this time with joy + light!

I’ve shared these recipes over the years, but I felt like I needed these family favorites in one place. All of these foods remind me of Christmas and the joy, nostalgia and power that food has. I invite you to enjoy food this Holiday season. Don’t let calories and “bad” foods overwhelm you. Let go of the guilt and enjoy the memories.
